Great to hear from you.

As you know, we went through a stressful time with our previous energy supplier due to poor communication on their part, an apparent lack of organisation on their part (receiving infrequent invoices in the initial stages of our ownership, making promises they couldn’t keep etc). But worst of all was the steep rise in our energy costs, with no explanation for the increase (or what we could do about it) from our supplier.

Therefore, it was really timely that you came ‘cold calling’ to Quest Albany.

You were very clear about what you could offer and how you could help us save money. At no stage did you ‘bad mouth’ our existing supplier in order to get us to change poviders. In fact, I tried to remain loyal to our supplier by staying with them because they promised to ‘do better’. Needless to say, they didn’t do better and our energy costs continued to spiral upwards.

If I remember correctly, it was actually me who re-contacted you because I was at my wits end…. I’d had enough! Needless to say, your regular communication with me during the change over of suppliers was great. It was stress free and best of all….. my energy invoice is now at a level I thought it was supposed to be! A comparison of our previous energy supplier and The Utility Company over the same 3-month period of 2023 and 2024 shows that we have saved $1300 for each of those 3 months – over $4000 in total. Admittedly, our energy invoice will increase as the cold months approach…. but at least our energy costs are now manageable compared to what they were before!
